The Good: I've had this cover for about a year, and it has withstood Chicago's harsh climate quite well, hot sun and freezing rain included. Not a single rip or blemish, and it cleans easily. I previously had a flimsy black cover (same price) that cracked and ripped and always looked filthy. This is a good price for quality material.
The Bad: As others have noted, it's not "Mountain Green". It's not any kind of green! Cheap overseas production is probably to blame for this baffling discrepancy. Why market it as green, when it's not? Sloppy management!
Personally, I prefer the tan/taupe color. But I wouldn't fault anybody for being angry, especially if they're trying to match outdoor furniture.
Also, it should be a bit longer, or at least have a drawstring. My grill is about 46" high, and the cover left a few inches exposed on the bottom. The problem here is that moderate wind can blow the cover loose. Before I rigged my own drawstring, my cover had blown completely off twice, and several times it rode up on the grill which partially exposed it to rain.
5 stars for fair price and good material.
minus 1 star for ridiculous color mismatch
minus 1 star for lack of drawstring/short skirt
3 stars.
edit: It's been three years and the cover is starting to show some normal wear and tear. The plastic material that runs along the seams is discoloring and cracking. But there are no holes or rips and the fabric still looks decent. Durability has proven to be good and I expect it to last a few more years.

As stated in other reviews, the colors of the actual cover are not quite as shown it is actually a drab olive brown with an off-white center which is more to my liking than the picture. The material is substantial and I am expecting it to last for years. This is a good value for the money!
