I really like this product but when UPS delivered it they dropped it several times and I inspected it and it appeared to have no damage to the box or what was inside. However, to my suprise when UPS dropped it, it fell on the dial and corner and bent it. Now not sure what to do but I do know I will not buy anything heavy again and have UPS ship it.
