I was not able to open the packaging of the product soon after it arrived. When I finally opened it, it had a hole where the piping is. It is actually a missed sew as if the fabric was too short. This is the MOST AMAZING Grille for the money!! We have had many outdoor cookers, and this finely designed with serious grilling abilities is the BEST OF THE BEST!! I ordered it for the unique design as a gift for my husband. Once it arrived he put it to the test, and we've been SUPER EXCITED with the cooking mechanisms of using less charcoal with it's cone shape interior...The laws of physics are PERFECTLY intact on design and usage!!
