I needed to upgrade the tanks on my travel trailer, and was going to purchase a pair at Camping World. I found the same tank on Amazon and saved alot of money with this purchase. The tank arrived via UPS and was unscathed (no dents or dings). I'm very happy with the new tank and plan on purchasing another.

Between Amazon's extremely poor job of packing and UPS throwing the box off of a cliff the new tanks now look like they were in a train wreck. The UPS moron just left it in my carport and raced off so I had no chance to refuse the shipment. If I didn't need them I would sent them back.

I've been kicking around to having a back up supply. After pricing full bottles, I realized for about $15 more, I can get an empty 30 pound propane tank delivered. With Amazon Prime, the product was out my house in two days. No issues in the first fill, just follow the simple directions on the valve.
Between the 20-pound and the 30-pound, I'm "ready" for any emergency setting in the area in case of fire, earthquake or zombie attack.

I am completely satisfied with the purchase of this 30 lb LP gas cylinder. Amazon had one of the best prices and lowest shipping cost. The condition of the tank was excellent except for a dent in the metal ring that forms the base of the tank. I think the dent occurred during shipping. I have been using the tank and it fits my camper perfectly. I would definitely shop Amazon again for LP gas equipment and parts.

I received 4 of the 30# tanks today, and they are just as described on Amazon. The tanks are easy to move around (empty), and I don't think they will be that hard when full. Like another reviewer commented, what can I say, it's a tank. It's nicely made, and stamped "Made in the USA" (the mfg date stamp for the tanks is 4-13). The tanks were shipped 2 to a large carton, with the ample extra space somewhat filled with paper packing; it looked as if the tanks moved around in the cartons quite a bit since there were numerous scratches to the paint and dents in the cardboard. I got lucky, though, and didn't have any damage to the top valve guard or the welded base ring. A little spray paint will take care of the scratches. The tanks are for my LP powered generator.
