Yes, I'm purposely putting down this product cause of the manager. The item itself is well made and I'm sure will do exactly what I need it to do. I don't appreciate attitude and poor customer service when there are so many other companies out there with the same item. This item description is misleading.

The other reviewers were correct the first time I made pizza in my Primo Oval XL Charcoal Grill in the factory felt melted on about half of the rim top and bottom. I've had this stuff installed for a little over a week and so far so good but still have not made a pizza so the jury is still out a bit.So what could be improved? Color this stuff gray. It is designed to go on a BLACK cooker why in the world is it white? Just a little bit tacky. Also, the instructions are a bit confused and also may apply to other similar products offered. Why can't they just write clear instructions for the specific product I am getting? They addressed what to do with the product that had adhesive pre-applied but I got a kit that did not have adhesive pre-applied. Instead of leaving it up to my imagination and ingenuity to know to apply the same spray adhesive to the felt as I did to the rim of the grill (which I hope is correct and seems to have worked OK so far) they could have said exactly what I should have done. Last, a "kit" would really have been better had it included adhesive for both the felt and rim so the customer does not have to go buy anything else (although it turns out I had a can of the recommended adhesive in my shop already). Last if they could supply an adhesive that came in tape form for the rim it would have made it unnecessary to mask off pretty much the whole grill (so I would not get Scotch 77 Spray Adhesive all over my super-expensive new grill). For just a little more effort on their part they could save their customers a lot of effort and make this a much more valuable product.
