Seems to be working out well. Bought it because we put in a composite deck and we didn't want to ruin the deck. This grill pad fit perfectly under our standard sized grill. I wish I had seen the other colors, I think I would have tried to match the deck color. Oh well !

I had purchased a different grill mat for my husband and his new charcoal grill around Christmas time but it was only for gas grills. I

replaced it with this one.This thing is beyond heavy duty. It is made of cement and I have no doubt it will protect my wood deck from random sparks or my husband's messes. This is kind of like having a stone patio just for our grill. It was packaged an shipped well but it is quite heavy. After carrying it up the stairs, I made my hubby do the rest.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the grill pad. The cut-out handle at the top is also a help in repositioning the pad. Its concrete-like surface lies so snug on the floor that moving the grill by its rollers onto the pad is effortless.

This item arrived in used condition, the material on the matt around the edges was frayed away and falling off, it looked USED. I'm in the process of wanting to return the item but the seller wants me to send them HD picture of the matt. OMG Seriously! Save your $$ go to home depot
