Ordered is sight unseen. Came unassembled but was easy to put together. Although not a huge heating surface, the heat is consistent side-to-side and the grate is easily maintained. The folding side tables make it convenient to store on the balcony. Grilled for a party of 15 with no size constraints. Great little grill.

I have no problem with the grill at all. It works wonderfully, cooks beautifully and maintains even heat.

I suspect that whatever sort of shipping container this particular lot of grills came in got dropped. The first grill arrived pretty much smashed to pieces inside the box.

Amazon immediately shipped a new one and it arrived the next day. This one was only slightly damaged (panels dented and other minor evidence of impact); there was nothing that affected performance at all, so I lived with the minor cosmetic flaws.

So, my only issue is with the shippers.

The grill is very well made, with flawless attention to detail, fit and finish. I believe it's made in Canada, and it's very well designed. Very happy with the grill and would certainly buy another. Probably won't ever need to, as this one is almost entirely made of stainless steel.

When I opened the first one of these I ordered, there was a dent in the lid. I don't know if it was shipping damage or not. I sent it back and received another one, but that one had a flaw in the ceramic coating on the lid, so I sent it back as well. I am debating whether to try a third time or just find a local retailer. This grill is supposed to be of very high quality, and the price reflects this, so I would expect it to arrive in top condition.

We bought this grill because of the lifetime burners. However when my husband put it together there were dings in the handle and some screws missing, he was very aggravated. He had to rebend the frame to fit the grill, not happy!
