This digital control board takes the guesswork out of smoking. It is quite accurate and will keep the temp of the grill pretty darn constant during long smokes. I tested the grill temp. with an infrared thermometer and found that if I increase the smoking temp by about 10 degrees, the temp on the surface of the grates was pretty much exactly where I wanted it. Amazing! Only question is, how many beers can one go through while waiting for your dinner to smoke to perfection!
