We love BBQ hotdogs and sausages, but they require a lot of babysitting at the grill and always seem to burn. This cooks them evenly and never burns them. Easy to clean too.

This worked fine if you are just need to do a few dog on the grill and are in no hurry. It produced nice even cooking.I wanted it for cooking a lot of hot dogs for a feed on the 4th. Unfortunately adding this between the hot dogs and the fire just took too long to cook the dogs. I finally had to take it off and cook them directly.
Like I said, works great for a nice easy home bbq and helps keep your grill clean. But if you need to cook a lot of dogs, it may slow you down too much.
