The Grill & BBQ mat works wonderfully. Food does not stick to it. It also keeps the grill from getting dirty and washes up in the dish washer or sink quickly and easily. Everything I have cooked on it turns out perfectly. I highly recommend it!

This item is not what you think it is!!It is a very expensive piece of flabby plastic grid that you CANNOT put over direct heat.
The dealer's instructions DO NOT mention this, but the manufacturers packaging certainly does.
However from reading the dealer's instructions you certainly would expect that you get an item with which you can grill over direct heat. might be able to grill regularly.
Vegetables certainly need to be grilled, i.e. over direct heat. You cannot do this with this mat.
I am returning this mat.

This grill mat really does work exactly as the product description says it will--NO STICKING and easy cleanup! I put oiled and seasoned fish fillets on it, grill as usual, and both flipping and removal are a cinch! I soak the mat during dinner, then pop it into the dishwasher and it comes out clean. 100% Non stick!!! I grilled my salmon, and for the first time, ever, the fish really did not stick to the baking sheet!LOVE it!
