We have loved this grill for the past 3 months. But tonight cooking steaks, one of the knobs falls off. We pick it up and look at it and the plastic holding it on is melted as is the whole inside lining of the handle. One by one as we are standing there, they fall off and it is the same for all the knobs. I will report what happens when we contact the seller and/or company.
12-14-12 Update
Shopper's Choice has been great in dealing with this. The contacted me quickly and had me take pics to send to manufacturer. We got new knobs overnight and are waiting to hear from the manufacturer as to what potentially happened and how to prevent further problems.
12-20-12 Update
The manufacturer doesn't understand why the knobs melted. We put the new knobs on and have used a couple of times since with no problems. Shopper's Choice stayed on top of it and would buy from them with no hesitation but I must admit I am a bit tentative about the grill.

Have used the grill with no problems since the above. Both the manufacturer and seller were easy to work with. The grill works great and cleans up easily.
