I love these things. They make grilling easy, and no cleanup afterwards. When done, just roll up the aluminum sheet and throw it in the garbage. Especially at parties where I often need to grill a lot of food in many batches these come in very handy, as I can put a clean sheet on for each batch.
However, on Amazon they are way too expensive. I just bought them at HomeDepot for $12.97 for a pack of 12. And driving over to HomeDepot is still cheaper then the shipping, even with todays gas prices.
I love them, but for now I'll drive over to HomeDepot.

I cannot believe anyone rates this 4 or 5 stars. Paid promoters? Perhaps. My experience, the "wonderful" grill liner melted before I even put any meat on it! I also had no flames in the grill!! How do you suggest I gauge the temperature of my grill to 500F?? No flames/no meat and just melted. Also..strongly suggest you put the "suggestions for use" on the OUTSIDE of the container, instead of inside. Only able to read after purchased. Obviously you're trying to hide the facts! Worst product EVER!!! Suppose I'll just recycle the rest of the unused grates! What a complete waste of money!Best Deals for Clean BBQ - Disposable Aluminum Grill Liner. Set of 12 Sheets of
I love this idea. I have 2 vacation rentals and keeping the BBQ grills clean is a real problem. These would allow me to give new guests a clean cooking surface every time. But there are problems with the way this is executed:1) The packaging doesn't include any info on how to use them. Mostly its obvious, but it is still an exercise of faith to buy them, and I almost didn't as a result. For example, before I bought them I was wondering are they good for one time use, or are they sturdy enough to be used for a dozen grillings or so? (Its closer to "one time use".)
2) They melt. Not only do they melt, but on occassion the pieces that melt off stick to the food, which is dangerous. The melting was NOT associated with the heat being too high.
3) They tear. The web page says they don't, but they do!
4) Too expensive for one-time use.
If they were made of heavier OR stronger metal it might solve the melting and tearing problem. It might also mean that they were sturdy enough for multiple use. If they could reliably by used multiple times that would help justify the cost.
If the company would package the product with proper product information, and address the product quality problems, I would be a fan and a promoter of the product.

I have used these fabulous grill liners for over six years. When I first bought them at Home Depot they were less than $7.00 for a dozen. Other critics have noted that they were sold recently at Home Depot for $12. which would be sensible. But unfortunately Home Depot doesn't carry them any longer in New England. So I bought them recently from Amazon at about three times the cost. What gives? Is the company in trouble and selling off its inventory? Or is Amazon taking more than a fair 'cut'?I won't stop using them since they make grilling far more pleasant, but I'll hope for other sources in the future at a price that makes ense.
