I received one of these as a gift and love to use it whenever I have company coming over. I always have request for my grilled stuffed peppers and they never last long once my guests arrive. This product is stainless steel and easy to clean, just use soap and water, let dry and it's all ready to use again. I am def. getting serveral of these as gifts this holiday season, anyone reading this should do the same. Recipes were included and I've come up with a few on my own...try shrimp or crab with cheddar cheese and a little creole seasoning, works very well for me.

As the peppers cook, they become soft so if you don't put huge jalepenos in the holder, they fall right through the holes. You have to put tooth picks or scewers through them to hold them in place. I think I'd rather cut them in half, stuff them and throw them right on the grill at that point.

The ONLY good thing I have to say is that it was delivered within a few days of placing my order. Here is why you SHOULD NOT buy this product from this seller. When I opened the box that it came in there was no packaging for the grill, but a sticker on the grill that said "remove plastic covering before use", which makes me think I'm getting something used when it clearly stated that it was a new product. Also, it is not all shiny and stainless steel like it looks in the picture. The grill I received is painted white with scratches all over the paint and streaks of blue and black paint on it. Can't say it would be safe to cook food on a painted surface, but that's just me. Hope this helps... hope I get a full refund. I'll let you conscious shoppers know if I don't.

I don't know how I managed before the jalapeno roaster. I use it no less than twice a month. My family has become stuffed jalapeno addicts. I had to have one in my kitchen and one in my camper as well.

Tried it the weekend that I got it and it worked great. Jalapeno's were just the right temp after I roasted them with the recipe that came with the roaster. Had to get big peppers in order for them not to fall through. Hard to clean but all in all, it was a great product.
