I've only cooked bacon and eggs on it, but it was awesome, and I threw it in the dishwasher. So far so good. It's been hanging out in the storage area of my Stok grill and it hasn't rusted or anything.

I grill a lot and recently started to make breakfast on the grill which sounds weird but it reminds me of when i was younger camping out with the family. So far Ive done eggs on it. Besides breaky I made an awesome blacken salmon so its really versatile. You get the grill taste without having to lug a skillet outside : )
