I decided this spring that I wanted to buy a charcoal grill. I have used a gas grill for years but I missed the taste of food cooked over charcoal that we used when I was a boy. When I bought the grill I decided to purchase all the accessories I could so that I could cook any recipe that came my way.
Growing up we had always eaten fish fried and I wanted to try cooking some on the grill. One of the reasons I bought the grill was to cook fewer fried meals.
This fish basket was exactly what I had in mind and it was the first accessory I used. I heated up the grill, sprayed the fish basket with Pam and cooked 6 tilapia filets over the grill, marinating them with a lemon-herb sauce I had prepared. They turned out perfectly and had a wonderful grilled taste I was hoping for.
The basket was easy to use and easy to clean up afterward. I am sure that I will use it repeatedly in the future.

This is the best fish griller ever. I have used it for years on my gas grill and given as gifts to my children. Lemon & butter on fish, spray griller with cooking oil, add fish, cook 3 to 5 minutes per side, easy flip over, and lush, flaky fish every time.

The handles metal gets hot so be careful; but it works nicely. Fish cook fast, do not leave the grill.
