I am so happy with this thermometer! I bought for my Brinkman smoker and then I bought two more for a bigger smoker that I am building. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

This is large and I can read it from inside my house through a window while the grill sits on my back patio. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars only because I thought it was a bit pricey. It works fine though.

I received the thermometer suprisingly fast. Installed in my smoker barrel and was smoking right away. The only problem, was the packaging tells you to use a drill bit size that will not let you thread the thermometer through. Other than that, works well so far.

I ordered this for an ugly drum smoker build and love it. I can see the dial from my recliner and don't even have to go outside! I recommend the 3" over the 2" if using for a UDS!

I ordered two because they were in stock and it is summer. The thermometers work fine both read boiling water at correct temperature they are suppose to. they fog up and are hard to read but color code helps. This company took two weeks to get them to me , now understand they are round mechanical thermometers in blister packs. I do not understand why it took so long to fill read that ship an item that was in stock. It felt like i was being punished for not paying more for shipping never again. Buy it at a local retailer.
