I purchased this gasket based on the reviews but after a few uses of the smoker it came off on one side. I put some spray adhesive, which I hope will help.

Not long ago I replaced the original gasket with an "official" Primo felt gasket. That one lasted less than 1 season. Early this year I replaced the Primo gasket with this one, and it seems to be holding up much better than the felt one. Easy to install, good adhesive. I'm very optimistic about this one.

I was a little disconcerted by a review that said he returned the gasket because it was a peal-and-stick product. It was very easy to apply because it was a peal and stick. The weight of the lid insures that it stays stuck. I like the product and would buy it again when needed.
