I bought this kit to go with my Mr. Heater vent-free propane heater, which I also purchased from Amazon. Amazon is the best.

The kit arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. I needed to buy an adapter fitting to transition from the 3/8" flare swivel end of the supplied hose to the 3/8" NPT fitting on the heater, which only cost me $3 at my local hardware store.

Works Very well and i like the long hose. If you had to buy gust the regulator alone it would cost you $30 to $40. So this is a very good deal

This kit does the trick for what I needed. We heat with fuel oil & everything else is electric............except the stove. The Mrs. likes to cook with gas & you don't argue with the cook. We have a 40# LP tank the sits behind the house for the stove & gets refilled twice a year. I didn't like the copper tubing, especially in the winter. I replaced it with this hose kit & it looks and works fine. All you need is some pipe tape & dope to assemble the fittings quick & easy. Mine came with a black hose luckily instead of red. I didn't want a red hose attached to the house! I don't know the BTU rating on the regulator, but can run 4 burners & the oven simultaneously, so holiday feasts will be no problem!

Going to use on a 30 gal turkey fryer.The hose that came with the fryer is only 3ft long.Red Dragon 10ft was at my door in 1 day.Very high quality product.At cook outs this product will be helpful with children running around.Can keep the tank far away.

I have been using a propane Mr Heater for several years with a set-up like this, that I pieced together from markdown items. I bought a second heater and I needed another hose. At Amazon, I found this kit that is exactly what I needed. No one comes close to this price; at least $10 cheaper, and free shipping! Not even Mr Heater can provide this exact set-up; you have to buy each item alone, and put it together. A 12 ft hose without a regulator is over $33. Propane heaters and bulk tanks with the flare fitting allows you to take the hose off easily without twisting the hose.
