If you buy the Camp Chef smoker and plan on using it, you need these racks too. They are sturdy, appear well chromed and are just like what came with the smoker.

Since these racks are mesh instead of just slats they are good to keep the jerky strips from slipping through the rack. The down side is they are a pain to clean. I assume applying a nonstick spray would help the problem but I haven't remembered to try it yet.
