The Sovereign XLS 90, and maybe all Broil King grills, uses an odd shaped, small catch pan. No body makes this size accept the 'official replacement' version. This is that version; it fits and it works.

Perfect fit for my Char Broil grill. Exactly the same as the one that came with the grill. Sounds silly but having correct size keeps the grease where it belongs.

Perfect fit for select models of teh broil king grills. VERY hard to find these locally. Rated at four stars because they are likely to arrive somewhat bent. Despite decent packaging....These things are very pliable amd short of placing them inside of a hard box they will require some minro tweaking to straighten them out.

I have a Broil-King Sovereign XL and these pans fit great. The OEM pans that came with the grill all had one little pin hole that allowed the grease to drip into the cabinet. I called BK and they sent out replacements, but they to had pin holes. I was little skeptical about these, since they are OEM. Luckily, they are all perfect. Fit just as they should. The only problem have with them, is that they are light and wind can move them out of place. I didn't knock the stars for this because this is not the fault of the pans. It is a design flaw.
