Used this for the first time for Thanksgiving. Was so surprised at how well it worked, turkey cooked in less time, was juicier than ever. Got so many compliments on the crispy skin and delicious breast.

It is heavy duty, meat did not stick. Can't wait to try ribs this summer.

This is a great rack. It is sturdy, well made and has a nonstick coating. Its bigger than it looks. It does exactly what it is made to do. It will hold half a dozen country style ribs and cleans up nice when finished. I have a large charcoal grill, have used the rack several times and the rack and coating still look like new. I use it for both grilling and smoking so it has seen a lot of use. I am a large man. I stepped on this by mistake and it did not bend or show any signs of damage.

I used it to bbq a chicken (inverted). I set it in a drip pan and it was very stable. I use it in a Big Green Egg and it easily accommodates 3 racks of baby back ribs.

the porcelain rack I received had several scratches and places where the porcelain coating was scratched off.it looks like the damage is from the rack being stacked with other racks..minor issue other than that everything was fine and as expected.
