These ignitors were not even listed as fitting my grill but they screwed right onto the brackets on the burners and lined up with the gas ports perfectly. Only needed a slight nudge to make them closer to the burner and they worked perfectly the first time I tried them.

while the picture of the item was exactly what I needed, the items sent (twice) was no where near what I ordered. The customer service agent did his best to resolve the problem but was not succesful. How hard is it to deliver the correct item the first time, especially with the order number no where near what was actually sent. Poor customer service in my eyes!

I was looking for new burners for my propane Vermont Castings BBQ. I looked at local retailers and couldn't believe how much they cost (I needed 4). I started looking on-line and found these, along with the burner tubes. The cost for four of them was so cheap. I could buy all four burners and these electrodes for the cost of one of the burners plus electrode at the local retailer. I almost didn't buy these thinking that they'd fall apart shortly after installing them. Instead I took a chance and bought everything through Amazon and I couldn't be happier. They've been working great ever since I put them in and every time I fire up the BBQ, I can't help but smile thinking about all of the money I saved. Give 'em a try!
