After a few years the heat plates wear out and get rusty, at least near the beach. These are perfect replacements for the originals. Just remember that they are sold individually and not as a set of three.

I just bought this item throught BBQPARTS.COM for only $11.89 each!! That is a huge difference between $19.00 or more that some company's want. I still think we are getting raked over the coals. But what can you do? If your grill is still in good shape other than the heat plates it is cheaper than getting new grill.

These are great replacements. They work great and are easy to install(just drop them in) I am concerned that they do not last long but that is how all these plates are. At least you can buy these replacements instead of having to buy a new grill. Work Great I would recommend buying them
