I was relieved to get our new burner for our Weber BBQ. We have had our BBQ for about 3years and we BBQ all year around. A few months ago our burner was showing some wear and we were able to order a new buner and get it with in a week. It installed easily and we were up and running with in 20 minutes. The 20 min. Included cleaning the grates and the run off catcher as well as cleaning the whole BBQ. Weber is the best BBQ we have ever had!
