I was tired of having basting brushes melt on me when I used them on very hot surfaces. These hold up well to heat while sauces, marinades and oils just glide off of them. They cover a good amount of surface with each swipe. They also hold the marinades & sauces on the brush so you get a good coating with each baste. They also clean very easily in hot, soapy water. And they don't leave an odor once they're washed. Good deal!!!

Arrived in plain and simple packaging. Product works well for the intended purpose. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the head of the large brush pulled off the handle. It pops right back on, but I figured it would be more secure.

These basting brushes are wonderful. I really like the fact the brush detaches from the handle so the smaller brush head can be used on the longer handle. They clean great.

I was shopping for one brush for the grill. For this price, I got 3 and am happy. They are soft and flexible. They seem to hold up to heat, though I have not really pushed them that hard yet. Dishwasher safe. What more could I want?

These brushes seem to be heat tolerant as advertised. Because of the slick surfaces, they are better for sticky sauces than oily ones or sauces with large particles in them.

After a few (really--only a few) washings the heads slip off of the handles quite easily (I almost said "quite handily").
