I was leery about this cover without seeing it physically. It is actually pretty heavy duty and to avoid any rips or tears, it's up to you to handle it carefully once you've had too many beers or shots. Allow the grill to cool completely before putting it on and, placing bungee cords around it keeps it from flapping in the wind and that's a good thing.

It fits my Americana Char Broil grill wonderfully and I LIKE IT!!!!!!

Doesn't hurt to bungee it to a corner somewhere to keep the grill from falling over if left outdoors. You know, high winds, big dogs, bad kids etc.

I was actually kind of shocked at the weight of the shipping box and when I pulled it out I was pleasantly surprised.

This is an excellent, very nice cover for the asking price. If it fits your model grill, buy it!

OK for the price: you get what you pay for. As mentioned in other reviews, no reinforcement for shelf corners or other stress points. Fits oddly considering my smoker looks exactly like the picture on the box. Seams don't line up, etc. Should last about a year. Then I'll get a truly heavy-duty grill cover since the stack on my smoker comes off.

When I received the cover I was pleased with how it looked. It fit nicely and was what I was looking for. Then after only a few days it started to rip where the shelf corners are. It rips very easily with little pressure to cause it. The price was right but it won't last long. It says it is heavy duty but it is not.

This smoker cover is a great price, and high quality material. I didnt think I would like it because the cover didnt fit over the smoke stack based on teh picture. But I was wrong. It fits snuggly on our Char-Broil smoker, I was concerned that it didnt have velcro straps to tighten it but it is fitting great. We even had a storm the other night and it didnt blow off like other models have in the past. I highly recommend it.

When I received this cover, I noticed the packaging says "Known to the state of California to contain carginogens--wash your hands after using." If this information had been displayed in the product review, I would not have purchased it. It seems weird to have to wash chemicals off my hands every time I touch my grill cover.

However, if you are into getting poisoned then this smoker cover fits well enough and seems durable.
