Saber 4-burner Gas Grill with Side Burner - Frontgate Review
Received my Saber yesterday and grilled today for the first time. There are a few significant differences between this grill and other high-end gas grills I've owned. First, I marinade my Tuscan Ribeyes using a fair amount of fatty italian sauces, and I have never owned a grill that would cook them without flaring up. The Saber did not flare up at all. Second, because the meat is not open to the flame, I was surprised by how much the steaks smoked while cooking. It was significantly more than regular gas grills. Next, the meat tasted noticeably different than any gas grill I have used. The char and overall flavor was much more charcoal/smoke tasting and the meat was much juicier. Last, the 3" thick slabs cooked absolutely even from tip to tip. I can not stress just how much better my steaks tasted on this grill. I give it my highest recommendation.
