We recently purchased a small firepot to put on our deck and this size was perfect for it, and will keep any embers from droping on the deck. Also the price was right, which enabled me to ignore the team logos on the one half. I would prefer a plain black mat, but for the price difference I'll live with it.

An officially licensed Bruin Grill Mat. Very nice looking. The top of the mat is made of a felt like polyester, while the back is vinyl. However, if you own a composite deck, the package says: "Vinyl backing may stick to syntehtic/composite decking if left under grill for extended periods of time. It is recommended that the mat is moved frequently to reduce deck fading" Personally, I'm going to use the mat in front of the grill when the grill is in use to keep grease, etc. off of the deck while transferring or basting foods, and then wash and put away the mat afterwards. You also can't use this under a charcoal grill, as it can melt. Composite deck material can get really hot in the summer however, so we'll see if the mat melts or not.
