I strongly suggest you do not do what I did and try to save a few dollars by using the Super Saver shipping option. By the time the grill was dropped at my house the only thing holding the box together was the tape. As soon as I cut the tape parts of the box fell off. Once opened I saw multiple broken pieces of black plastic. I started to unpack it and found that numerous sealed parts rattled as though something was broken and even the cast iron cooking grates were broken. Shipped it right back. Took half of a roll of shipping tape to get the box back together. Ordered a replacement but paid for it to come common carrier and hoping it will arrive in good shape.

The product arrives in a big box. But some parts (iron grids) were broken. Still waiting for a reply or parts replacement.

The Grill itself is probably a good product, it had all of the features that I was looking for, but the packaging would not even rate one star. The box looked like it had lost the battle before it got to my house. Several items inside were bent, (not a problem) but one part was hopelessly smashed and beyond being of any use, the rest of the parts were just seemed to have been tossed into the shipping carton. Also there was no instruction book in the carton with the grill, so I was not able to even tell if it was all there.

Shipping box arrived on schedule and intact; however half the parts inside were loose and not packed... not even wrapped. Consequently several components were broken, scratched, bent, etc. Upon contacting omcbbq directly they wanted proof he insisted it wasn't their fault (even tho the outer box was not damaged at all). After taking photos and emailing them I was able to convince him to send me replacement pieces for those that I couldn't straighten or fix myself.

Fastforward 2 weeks of waiting. Another box arrives with 2 more broken pieces! Some of the pieces had been wrapped but several were just thrown in the box! Again, took more photos and emailed them to omcbbq. Over a month later still do not have a complete bbq.

Wonder what's going to happen when I ignite it for the first time?!?!
