The Mini Burger itself was enjoyed by my guest because they could have different types of burgers. My husband adds different spices to the meat he grills, he grills burgers with different meats, this Mini Burger allowed guests to have more than one, or two burgers without feeling guilty about over eating. (Thats a run-on sentence) Oh Well!

I guess everybody knows what a "slider" is and to use this you have to get used to the right handful size of hamburger meat that will fit into each of the holes and mix it with crushed saltines so they don't fall apart on you. A lot of work when you are feeding hungry folks, and good luck finding little slider buns. The idea was to simulate White Castle burgers and I guess that just isn't an easy thing to do from my perspective. I went back to the frozen variety since we don't have White Castle in MD.
