Got three of these heat plates to replace busted ceramic title flare-up plates in my gas grill. Perfect fit and although I've had a few flare-ups the heat plates have survived without a problem. They do come covered in machine oil so a little cleanup is required before placing them into the grill. Saved me a ton of money over the ceramic title plates and made keeping my grill in tip-top shape a joy.

These 3 steel plates replace the 6 ceramic plates on the Members Mark Grills. They heat up faster and seem to disperse heat better than the ceramic IMHO. The ceramic plates always seems to break quickly, these seem like they will last more than a season.

I bought the wrong size for my grill, so they are a little small, but these are really close to the same as the originals. One word of caution is that they have a LOT of machine grease on them, so you will want to clean them off before use.
