This part of the burner takes the gas from the center burn which is lit by a sparker. When the center burner is lit the outer burner served by this item and should light from the flame in the center burner. It doesn't. I have to light it with a long hot shot or similar lighter

Originally I ordered 1 9423 to ensure it would fit. I wasn't paying attention when I ordered 2 more to complete the repair of the BBQ'r and ordered ones that were too big. I had to replace these 2 with the 9423 that I originally ordered.
