This cover lasted just the Summer when I bought it. It ripped in a few places with normal use and the grill was always wet. After winter, it really fell apart and I threw it out. I called Ducane and found out they still make parts and have new covers for my nine y/o (2004) grill; and it was less money than all of the after market parts that I bought from various websites. I felt that the cover was a very cheap imitation in an authentic box.
I bought a new cover from Ducane since and still have it with the word DUCANE in big bold letters on it that wasn't crooked.
Call Ducane and save your money!

Have been looking for replacement grill cover to fit the Ducane BBQ that my husband had purchased through HD. Found this through Amazon; it is exactly as described. It's not as thick as the original one but since the grill is outdoors 365 days a year, all grill covers take a beaten. The grill cover was a perfect fit, strong and very good looking.It replaced the same exact grill cover I messed up when painting the patio.
