Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program These tools are the perfect size, well made and sturdy.

Handles just long enough to get the job done without burning yourself.

I don't think I would put them in the dishwasher though, unless I had left them out and forgotten about 'em and they were really filthy.

The fork could be a tiny bit smaller, but overall this is a great set!

UPDATE: After using them for a couple months, the turnover broke right through the handle, just 'cause it got stuck in the grid. It didn't take any force at all to split the wood. And NO I didn't wash them in the dishwasher.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program There is not much to say about what you can do with these tools. It is obvious what they are for.

The basting brush works great. The fork as well. I use a very hot grill and the brazing brush holds up nicely. The fork is strong and does not bend easily like so many others I have used.

The wood handles are appealing, but I honestly don't care that much about the look of the handles. If you are looking for decoration, they are nice.

The problem with the set is the spatula. It is too small for the job, especially if you are doing anything bigger than a burger. It is hopeless for fish and larger items you would use it for. I have a very large spatula I use and it is awesome. This one, therefore, is relegated to the utensil bin.

I like the look of the set, I like the build and quality, but the spatula is worthless.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I was so impressed with these utencils that I plan on buying a set for a Father's Day gift.

They are made strong and sturdy not like some of these flimsy other versions. And the beautiful yet practical wooden handles are the perfect finishing touch. I know that we're only talking about bar-b-queing, but with these pieces you feel as though you're preparing something extra special on the grill and not just basic hamburgers.

If you're going to be doing the cooking anyway, why not own something that is not only a quality made product of exceptional standard but also something to make your neighbors a liitle jealous?

Honest reviews on Tom Douglas by Pinzon 3-Piece Stainless-Steel Barbecue Tool Set

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This product features three handsome pieces of brushed stainless steel utensils with sealed oak handles. The burger flipper (spatula) is very useful-although it could be just maybe a bit longer. The fork is made for flipping a side of brontosaurus --It's hugejust too big. It is too large to be useful for most backyard cookouts with kids (hot dogs). The brush is my favorite piece. I've used silicone style brushes before and fell in love with them the first time because of their durability and utility in spreading marinade or basting meat. However, this brush has an angled head, which requires a bit of getting use to to position it correctly. Like other reviewers I hesitate to run these through the dishwasher because of the wood. If anyone has done so with success, please let me know as it would be good to run them through from time to time.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program A big test of how good bbq equipment is, is how well it holds up. Unfortunately its a little early to tell for this set. This is a nice looking, basic bbq set thats worked pretty well for me for the few times I've used it. You get just what the picture indicates, and no storage box of any type. My only complaint is that I like my spatula's to have slits in it which this one doesnt. Thats a personal preference, and really speaks more to my love of all things undercooked than it does to a design flaw. I would also have liked the spatula to be a bit larger, but these are rather minor things. The fork and basting brush work exactly like they should. (Although I'm not a huge fan of silicone basting brushes, they are just weird to me, but this one works very well and is a sooo easy to clean.) Like everything in the Pinzon line, these are great for someone who wantes to get started with pretty good stuff on the cheap.
