These things are awesome. Easy nice big grill marks... Then turn down the heat and cook to perfection. When your done, crank up the heat and burn off the gunk. Easy clean up after that.
As a bonus it keeps you original grill in "grate" condition. :)

I bought two of these for my gas grill based on the recommendation on the amazingribs.com web site.
I've been very happy with them. I use to fight with flare ups when I cooked brats before. Reducing the temp of the grill, constantly moving the brats from one part of the grill to the other (to avoid hot spots), water spray bottle, etc.
Now I use the grill grates for cooking my brats and never have flare ups. I use them for chicken and steaks (makes great sear marks), but mostly for my brats.
Clean up very easily and get super hot.

It has exceeded my expectations! I first used it on the fourth of july and it was the first time. Everything was sticking to it and i thought i had made a bad purchase. BUT.... after some time (a few grilling sessions) I had started to use a cooking spray (standing away a bit so it didnt explode) and nithing sticks to it now and it grills amazing... hard to explain because you might be thinking they are only grilling grates.. but they are not. They are awesome. I spent around 150 to cover my grill completely and it saved me 150 so i didnt have to buy a new grill. regular grates were around 80 bucks anyways and they were worthless. SPEND the money! I promise you will not be disappointed

Better than expected. Thi will save on replacement grill grates . Makes grilling better and better heat distribution for even grilling.
