When I ordered this item, I expected by the price that I would be receiving a set of four. I was surprised to find only one when I opened the box. When you look for a part based on the model number of the grill, you would expect that you would receive the required amount of pieces packaged together. If I would have known that I was only getting one plate for that price I would have gone elsewhere.

I ordered the cast iron grates and the heat plates. The grates came as a set of three. The heat plate order had only one. It is hard for me to conceive that the same company would mix complete sets and partial sets.

I will be sure to read comments in the future first as I see I am not the only one to complain about this. Last time I order from this company!!!!
