Does what it is supposed to do. The design is great as you can add wood chips on to it and get a nice smoke in you food. This is a hard to find item as charbroil has stopped making it.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this bar, but my results have been same as with the lil smoker boxes that you can add to the grill. I've used wood chips on it a few times and I appreciate having the option (as there wasn't much of a price difference between this and the standard bar.) I like the fact I no longer have to keep a lil smoker box in my grill the most. I would buy again.

Grill was falling appart, had proped it up for two long and had gone back to charcoal cooking. This item was nice and thick. Expanded with tension and adapted to my grill just right. I am a champion get by fix it kind of guy and this was better than I thought it would be. A cost effective item
