My husband previously had one of these and after many years it broke. I had a hard time finding something close to what he had. For the price you can't beat it. But the old one we had the spatula part was a little bigger and it seemed a little more sturdy.

The spatula side bent in the middle during shipping, it's almost flexible which is not what you want in a spatula

Had to use 2 hands to open and close the tongs/spatula. The opening in the handles needs to be smaller and maybe oil or loosen the center pin. I am still looking for the same thing that works.

We currently have what I thought was the same tool. The one we got however has ackwardly big handles that make it hard to grip the food. It was a cheap item but nothing short of free is cheap for something that you can't use. The search continues. We love the one we currently have but it's old and needs replacing.

The reach and one of the tips being a spatula makes this a very multitasking tool. Our kitchen is not huge so having multitasking tools is a plus and helps to make the best use of the space available.
