These are not an exact replacement for Kenmore 141.16233 grills. You may be able to make them work with some modification but they do not sit properly over the burner as is. If you are looking for an exact replacement for that grill model, these aren't it.

Just like originals, that can be good or bad cause apparently the originals were not so good or I wouldn't have had to replace them, but either way these are very good quality and can't beat the price, delivery was also good. I would recommend this seller, Thank you
