The heading says 5 lbs, shipping weight is 4 lbs and mine weighed in at 3 lbs 12 oz. In my opinion a small bag that is not worth the cost.

A good amount of wood for a good price. Just know that the chunks are a good size. They may not fit in all smokers without additional chopping.

Upon inspecting this package I found three types of wood that I did not know were hickory: Chinese Tallow, Mulberry, and Red Oak. I am certain that this vendor did not intend to ship this package to me.

What I like is that they have plenty of nice sized chunks in the bag. I usually mix it up with apple wood. The hickory is really good with the pork ribs.

I will admit this is a great product! it gives nice smokey flavor EVERY time I grill! But the warning is be careful which one you buy. These chunks aren't fit for my grill and required some chopping up to smaller pieces. Just a little warning. Other than the extra labor, they were a great price!
