Brinkman should be ashamed of this product offering. The first unit that I received was so damaged I didn't even unbox it all the way before contacting Amazon for a return. Amazon was great at getting me a new unit, but after receiving the second unit I can definitely say that the product boxing is poorly designed to protect its contents. The grill had three major dents in it that I had to try to remove with a rubber mallet (which are still very visible, but better than trying to get replacement parts). There were also a couple shoddy welds, and they used the thinnest sheet metal they could find for the grill base and side counters (which bowes while pushing it on its four wheels across a smooth garage floor). To top it off, there was a surprising amount of leftover metal shavings from the manufacturing process that made it into the packaging which helped scratch up plenty of the finished paint; on top of the fact there were a couple of paint bubbles. I will never pay a dime to Brinkman again after receiving such a low quality item. I have wrote Amazon asking them to remove this product...

We bought this for our son as a house warming gift. When he put it together the front panel was creased the full length which made the installation of the burner knob difficult. There was no evidence of dents in the box, so it would have to have been shipped like this. If I want scratch and dent I would have ordered one. We are very disappointed seeing this was a gift to our son. I have pictures if the vendor would like to see them.

This product was delivered without any signs of damage!!!! When I opened the box there was a totally different senerio. The product had dents and bent panels with poor welding!! I am waiting for a replacement delivery from amazon. I hope there is nothing wrong with this one. If so I will demand an immediate refund. I think that the Brinkmann corporation needs to investigate where this product is being packaged and distributed. Amazon should no longer endorse or sell this product. It will save them on profit loss.
