I ORDERED IT ANYWAY IN HOPES THAT THE ONE STAR REVIEW IS FROM A COMPETITOR. I ANTICIPATE THAT THIS PRODUCT IS A GREAT ONE BECUASE IT CONTINUES TO SELL OUT. I CHANGED MY REVIEW FROM 3 STARS TO 5!!!! THE PRODUCT IS AWESOME AND VERY WELL MADE. ITS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND EFFECTIVE FOR SELLING YOUR HOT DOGS. I HAVE IT IN MY VIDEO STORE SNACK BAR AND ITS A HIT. The first one we ordered broke before two dozen dogs were completed. The company immeidately sent another cooker and it works fine. I appreciate their immediate attention to the matter.

Got this machine about 4 months ago and it worked great but now the rollers will not work and it looks like this is common problem with this machine from reading the other reviews. So the machine works great WHILE it works but it is definitely not made to last. I didn't see any warranty information on the page for this machine but when I contacted the seller he said the warranty was only for 30 days so beware.

We purchased this machine about 6 months ago and have used it several times since then. We used it for about 60 people during a Ky. Derby party we had. It worked great and all of our friends loved it and how you could change the temp. to keep the hot dogs, brats, and links from getting to dried out if you fixed to many. Lets just say that wasnt a problem because the were plump and juicy so they didnt last long. My wife and i would purchase equipment from this company again. Not sure this is the same for everyone but we got ours a few days ahead of when it was supposed to get here. A nice surprise. Like opening a Christmas present!
