We love this little thermometer. Mostly we use it in our deep oil fryer. We purchased a fryer for frying our fish and chicken which is only 8 inches deep. This is perfect to ensure that the oil temp is maintained between batches.
It cleans up very easily. It is easy to read. It is accurate. And serves our purposes. We purchased a second one to leave at the cabin, since it is easier to read and clean than the one we used to have up there. Would reccomend without hesitation.

bought this thermomter and it arrived real fast and was as described, works great and the red slide allows you to set the correct temp and when it reaches the mark you know your food is done. would of been nice if the provided a case for it as it is very sharp. also would of been nice if they provided a chart of meat temps. other then that good thermomter
