I was excited to find this Barbeque on Amazon. There was some challenges in the shipping from Thailand, but GiveOrBuy were very wonderful to work with. Everything worked out wonderfully and I got to try out the Barbeque last night. It was Great!

I now need to search the internet for lots of fun recipes to cook on this.

I brought one of these home from Thailand after spending a month there. This is the funnest BBQ ever. I marinate thin beef and pork meat I buy at the Asian Grocery in Soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime, sugar, pepper, ginger and garlic. Toss on a chunk of fat at the top to season the grill. Fill the "moat" with chicken stock and veggies and feed 4 very happy people. I want to get a second one so I can feed more people at once!
