We absolutely love this product. Performance has been flawless with the exception of one problem caused by our use of poor pellet fuel. Using recipes from Memphis, our ribs are described by friends as the best they've ever had, fall off the bone tender, flavorfull and juicy.
The product is extremely well built, precision cut stainless steel throughout. We were advised through contributors to this site that assembly would be straightforward and indeed it was. Instructions were well written and a number of the components (such as left and right panels) have intentionally been designed as interchangeable to eliminate possible confusion. As we had been advised, the hardest part was peeling the protective film!
A word about the vendor, Seattle Luxe. We entered our order with an incorrect shipping address, discovering this while the shipment was in motion. Amazon and the vendor made it very straightforward to correct the mistake and delivery, although a little delayed by our mistake, was otherwise perfect. Overall, a very positive experience.
