I have owned several digital thermometers over the years and would not cook (or bar-b-que) without one. What I like the most about this one is that the display can rotate so that I can easily read it regardless of the angle of the probe. I decided to make a video review just to show how nice it is.

I own several other thermometers, both mechanical and digital. This thermometer reads with the same accuracy of the others in half the time.

The pivoting head is definitely a bonus.

I've been needing a digital thermometer for quite sometime (i had a very poor inaccurate one) so when I recieved this and used it for the first time I was very happy with how fast it read internal temperatures and how easy it was to read as well. Very glad I spent the money on this great product, definitely a must have!
