I use the maple planks for pork tenderloins, pork chops & certain types of fish. These maple planks give a nice subtle aroma & a slightly sweet maple flavor to everything I've grilled. If you're in to planking your food on a grill, I recommend these. They're a perfect size for most pork & fish meas.
