The accompanying directions are vague and wrong. Nowhere is it mentioned that the power cord must sit in a holster to trigger the safety switch. If you want to use the grill as a tabletop-the power cord and holster are higher than the grill legs so you need to prop the grill up. The cord does not lock into the holster so you have to devise a way to keep them together. Altogether, very disappointing. I would not purchase anything from this company again

It Look as pictured, and it is just as stated. The food comes out very good. The only thing that I wish is that the cord was longer. I am very happy with the Chi Cuisine Ceramic Grill.

Getting the grill put together was a bit difficult as there were no instructions and some of the connections were clumsy to manuever. I do like the portablity of the grill. Right now it is in my kitchen and I can easily move it from where I store it to where I cook with it. The grill surface is much easier to clean than the famous name grill. The grill surface produces a nice grill pattern on the food. The ChiCuisine Grill is a nice alternative to the charcoal or gas grill just wish there was the wood smoke flavor when I am ready to eat the food.

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE GRILL. I HAVE USED IT SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY. THE GRILL CLEANS EASILY EVEN AFTER SITTING FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT TOO GREAT. DIRECTIONS SHOWED THE CENTER COLUMN TO BE IN TWO PIECES WHEREAS IT WAS ONE PIECE. I PRETTY MUCH HAD TO FIGURE HOW TO PUT THE GRILL TOGETHER. I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THE POST INTO THE LEGS AND INTO THE GRILL. ALL MY TROUBLE WAS WORTH IT. THE GRILL IS GREAT AND I DON'T HAVE TO MESS AROUND WITH GAS.

There were no instructions sent with this product (Chi Cuisine Nonstick Ceramic indoor/Outdoor Grill). The stand did not fit into the base or the grill itself. I'm sending this right back to the dealer. This was a very frustrating experience! Save yourself some stress....do not purchase until the dealer corrects the problem.
