started using my gas grill to smoke a few things last year. it's been goning real well and these apple chips have become one of my favorites. Really goes well with pork, the whole family enjoys it as much as i do. Can't wait to try some other flavors.I sprinkle a handfull of chips on top of the charcoal and the smoke they make creates all kinds of additional flavor in the BBQ meats.
