My grill stayed in the garage until this cover arrived. When it did arrive, I was very pleased with the overall quality and workmanship from Weber... Nothing to be surprised there... There is only one thing I was not happy with (see below).
Pros:
The grill cover is very heavy duty, thick material
Perfect fit for my Summit S-620
Velcro straps to secure the cover just in case of super high tornado speed winds
Breathable to prevent those hot humid days from leavings marks on your grill
Cons:
A little pricey, but a small price to pay to protect a big investment
Vents in cover are not as shows in picture. The one I received has the vents where the 45-degree slope is, meaning, if rained on, the water will get all on to the side tray & side burner :(

My cover has survived OK since I bought it. Its been a year+ so far, but, for me, it is stored under a covered patio, so dust is the real major element to protect from. Rain & Sun is mostly not an issue.
I've heard a lot of good things about Weber customer service, so I decided to give them a call and explain my situation about how I was deceived by my purchase and asked for a replacement. Key word, replacement. I told them I'd happily return mine, but they said, we would have no use for it.
Long story short, they apologized... and offered me a discount for a new cover (newest design has no vents at all). But, the price the offered was still higher than Amazon's (THATS WHY I LOVE TO SHOP HERE), so I continued to express my discontent (not whining or yelling, i was very professional). At the end of my conversation, the representative asked me to email her my grill's serial # & a copy of my purchase receipt and she would talk to her supervisor about my situation.
A few days later, she sent me a response saying that they will be shipping me a new grill cover with the new design (no vents at all). Few days later, I received the new cover and I am very very very happy with Weber's professional demeanor and great customer service.
If you feel you got taken on your purchase of this cover, it wouldn't hurt to try giving Weber a call. Its always worth a shot...

The only thing better than the cover is the grill underneath it. It fits perfectly and has done a great job protecting my Summit S-670. I have seen some complaints from people who bought this grill and did not cover it. To invest in a grill this nice and not protect it is a shame. I highly recommend this product. You will never regret buying one.**UPDATE**
Almost two years since my initial review and this cover is still holding up well. It has protected my grill from severe storms and even some heavy snowfall. Other than some very light fading, it is holding up incredibly well and is showing no signs of wear or tear.

Initially out of the box this is a great grill cover, well designed with large, easy attaching belt-like velcro straps securing this cover at each end of grill, it will not blow off! Like at the ability to check gas tank without having to remove the cover too. But for the cost this cover will go about 6 months before developing cracks in the vinyl usually around the corners near these velcro belts, the cracking of the material just continues to spread and becomes quite distracting to the cover and the fine grill that it is suppose to be protecting. Weber says these are suppose to "last about 2 years, unless you live in Florida..."--unfortunately no this is certainly not true, as the sun evidently is just as hot (or hotter) here in the midwest as we have not ever gotten much more than 6 months before the cracking begins and accelerates to degrade the product. If Weber would only listen to customer feedback and spec to the actual cover manufacturer to use a better material this cover for little more money would be well worth the price...as it is maybe Weber customer service meant to say "...if you live in Florida it will last 2 years!"Bottom line: Save your money here, and instead buy a polyester bed sheet, securing it to the grill by wrapping a yellow nylon rope around it...will still look better than this cover in 6 months...

This cover is very heavy duty. I haven't had mine as long as many of the other reviewers; so, I can't speak to long-term durability. I'll update after a hot Houston summer or two ... that always gives outdoor plastics hell.But, the cover is, of course, a great fit for the S-670, with about 2" of ground clearance all the way around and heavy duty Velcro straps to secure the cover to the cart.
The only challenge that I have is what to do with it, when it's off. I hate seeing it thrown on the ground and, so, I've ordered and would suggest something like Liberty Hardware B42302Q-FB-C5 3-Inch Heavy Duty Coat and Hat Hook, Flat Black to help hold the cover off the ground when it's not on the grill.
